Brett Hansen was phenomenal. We wanted a Realtor that would truly listen to what we needed and someone that our whole family could connect with--especially our children. He took the time to connect with all four of us so we could work together on finding our dream home. He very much understood what we were looking for and the items most important to us. Right away he understood that it had to "feel right" for us. When we needed to see the house one more time before signing the offer, he completely understood. He took the time to let us re-examine every inch of the house to really, really make sure it was right for our family. Brett is very organized and thorough. He made sure that all of the important information was communicated with all parties involved. We knew we did not need to double check dates or follow up with the title company, Brett had it handled. We instantly felt we could be completely honest with Brett and trusted that he would help us pursue the home that WE wanted. My family is living in the most perfect home for us because of Brett's diligence.
